DELIVERY
If not mentioned, delivery is made at the address you gave when placing your order. Risks will be charged to the carrier from the day when the ordered products have left our premises. Delivery times are only given for information except if we exceptionally agree to respect a deadline. Remember that if you pay by cheque, we will only deal with your order when we receive your payment, and the time limit will depend on this date.
Free delivery : UK Mainland (Scotland, England, Wales) and France for orders above £150, £7.50 else..
There can be a charge for orders outside UK Mainland : Northern Ireland and the islands (Isle of wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of lewis etc...) please ask for a quote.

1- UK Mainland DELIVERY
Time limits
You will receive your items at the agreed address either by our carrier for voluminous or heavy or by post for accessories.
Items are usually delivered within 10 working days.
If an item is not available when you place your order, Sports Remedies will contact you by phone or email to inform you on the delivery Period.
Parcel arrival
For voluminous parcel deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange the day of delivery, but he won't be able to set a precise hour or half-day. Moreover, remember to keep your parcel at least 7 days after the delivery, otherwise, in case of return of the product, procedures might be longer.
SATURDAYS DELIVERY can be provided for most products. If you want this service, please contact us.
If it is impossible to deliver the items inside your residence (impossible access to the truck, stairs, lift...), the carrier will deliver your items outdoors.
Please note the condition of the packing and product on the delivery slip. Do not hesitate to inform your customer service for the least damage due to the carrier.
All products are delivered flat packed and will require assembly by you. If you have any problem setting your machine, please do not hesitate to contact our professionals at customer.service@SportsRemedies.com.
2- NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

3- OVERSEAS DELIVERY
These deliveries are made by air or sea transport. For these deliveries, please contact our customer service either by email to sales@SportsRemedies.com or by phone calling 020 894 66 894 to have an estimation of delivery costs and local customs clearance.
Time limits are 3 to 4 weeks for sea transport, 10 to 15 weekdays for parcels sent by post, and from 5 to 7 working days for air transport. If you want to organise the transport yourself, you can give us the name and adress of your own forwarding agent.
Exchanges / Returns
Sports Remedies offers a 10 day money back guarantee : If upon receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you will have 10 days to return the product, ask to exchange it or to be refund. Please e-mail us (sav@SportsRemedies.com) or write us to point out with accuracy the reasons of this return. We will give you a return number.
Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging. Incomplete, damaged or dirty goods returned by the consumer won't be exchangeable.
We agree to refund you, or to exchange products which do not correspond to you order (defective or untrue). Only the price of the product(s) will be refund.
If we are liable, carriage charges are refund on presentation of a supporting document. If you ask for a return for personal reasons, carriage charges (outward and return charges) are at your expense. In both cases you can either change your product or be refund.

For a few small items you may be ask to return the product to our French warehouse.
We will only refund or exchange pads if returned in their original packaging (cellophane wrapped).
Sports Remedies has a 1 year up to Lifetime warranty (depending on the manufacturer's warranty) on all its products. The period covered by the warranty is written on all our products' data sheet.
After this period, parts, repairs and transport charges (recovery of the product and transport) will be invoiced to the consumer.
Order Cancellation / Refused Deliveries
You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to your order being shipped. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for any and all freight charges. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by you refusal.
If it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery 'will not fit' through any doors/stairwells and the product is subsequently returned/refused, you are responsible for all outward & return carriage costs. We would therefore recommend that you ensure the product will fit and can be transported to its ground floor point of installation easily. If you need to confirm the boxed dimensions of a product please call us prior to placing your order.
